The tragic in the light and the comic in the dark so often lead us from black and white into color. How fortunate it is, then, that so many works from the first half of the previous century satisfy the longing for a hidden meaning.

Even though we strive for the unequivocal, it is the ambiguous that gives life its flavor.

The trio "eindeutig[…]zweideutig" has made it their mission to bring this era - unmatched in its contradictions and contrasts - to life and to portray its historical context, with all its complexities, through music and text.
